Looking for a hard-working and diligent individual who is able to multi-task in this fast paced medical practice. Candidate should be punctual, organized and have friendly attitude in dealing with patients over phone or in clinic. Key responsibilities include managing multiple phone lines, checking-in patients, collecting medical information and other office management tasks.
Compensation: Dependent on skills and years of experience.

Mandatory Requirements/Skills

• Proficient in using computers and in navigating web based user interfaces
• Minimum 2 years experience working in a medical establishment

Highly Desirable

• Experience working with Athena EHR
• Knowledge of insurance companies
• Bilingual / proficiency in Spanish

• EMR chart preparation
• Obtaining patient’s labs and any other ordered tests
• Taking vitals
• Assisting physician in course of patient encounter
• Documenting notes in EMR
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a must

Candidate should be punctual, organized and have friendly attitude in dealing with patients over phone or in clinic. Candidate should be able to assist front desk staff and handle other office management tasks.
